A Chinese man was found in an apartment in a well-known shopping district in Thailand, allegedly losing control after using methamphetamine and threatening self-harm by holding a knife to his own neck. Thai police arrived at the scene after receiving a report and, after repeated warnings and attempts to dissuade him failed, subdued him with a stun gun.
